Common questions
- Getting started: Complete onboarding to set your language, country, bins, and collection schedule. Tomby will guide you through each step.
- AI scan: Grant camera permission, point at an item, and tap scan. Free users have a daily scan limit; Premium unlocks unlimited scans.
- Search: Use the Search tab to look up 500+ items — unlimited and free, no account required.
- Notifications: Enable notifications during onboarding or in Settings → Notifications. Choose evening, morning, and return reminders.
- Household: Create a household in Settings and share the invite code with family members.
- Subscriptions: SortlyAI Premium is managed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in your store subscription settings.
- Delete my data: Email support@sortlyai.app from your account address and we will delete your personal data.
